Case Fan Hookup Question?

I am getting ready to put a system together using an Antec case and a Antec 430w TruePower supply. The case comes with two case fans in the back and a place for two case fans in the front and a place for one fan for the hard drives. That will be a total of 5 case fans. The manual says to not connect more than three external fans to the Fan only connectors (2) in any combination and to connect the remaining fans to the regular 4-pin connectors. My question is, which three fans should be connected to the two connectors? i.e. 3 in front or 1 in back and 2 in front or 2 in back and 1 in front etc.
