I got the Antec SKL3700AMB. In the front is a 120mm fan and one in the back of 120mm as well. I have the True Power 430W. I got both of the fans plugged into the power header "Fan only" and the fan is relatively quiet. The problem is the inside of my case is up to 40C and this is not the CPU temp. The CPU temp is 56C with gaming. I have a fanless Zalman GPU cooler and it's burning hot when gaming.
I am wonder if it's a good idea to turn the back fan to blow cool air in rather than sucking air out and leave the front fan pulling air in. This will create a positive air pressure inside.
Does anyone think this is a good idea to get my case a little cooler? I would like the computer to be quiet. If I don't care about quiet then I can put the fans full speed and the inside case temp would be 33C. But it's way too loud.

If you don't think it's a good idea then please say WHY.
Thanks for the suggestions.

That temp does seem a bit high. Just for your sake just go ahead and try switching the fan around to see what it does. Likely, it will lower your cpu temp a degree or 2 and raise case temps. There is a few reasons for this. First, your PSU is exhausting warm air right above this intake and the back fan will then intake it. This air is then kind of just looped. Second, you will have far more air put in than exhausted. Positive pressure can be good, but at a certain point the back pressure will stop the fans from working to the best of their ability. This will increase turbulence in the fans and case and possibly increase noise. Some air will escape through cracks, but airflow is still restricted.

Double check to make sure the paths for your air are not blocked by power wires, IDE cables, etc. Also, make sure your case doesnt have a lot of dust.

Does the case have a blow hole in the top? If not you may considering putting one in to blow out air, see by blowing out air you gain negative pressure, in theory this will suck in cooler air from various vents and cracks around the case. Air will always go in to an area of lower pressure. This will already be happening with the two fans you have, by turning them both around you will concenrtarate the hot air in the case to a point in the middle assuming they both blow at the same force. If you put in a blow hole, hot air rises and will be much easier to expell at the top..IMO anyway!

If I were you, I would cut 2 side intakes, one over your cpu, and on over your video card. Whatever works.

Running the fans off the "fan-only" connectors on the Antec PSU will definitely lower their speed, noise, and airflow capacity. I would recommend getting quieter fans, and at least running the intake fan at full speed (I like the Vantec Stealth fans for this). If you want to keep the revolutions low with the PSU-temp regulation, then get fans with really high CPM ratings to start.

A blow hole should not be needed to cool this case well. Many have demonstrated it is good without one. Also, a blow hole can be one of the worst things for a quiet computer. If your computer sits below you on the floor all of the noise of your computer will escape from the blowhole and be directed toward you.

Hello guys,
Thanks for all of the input.
I am very short on cash right now and I have a FS thread going but no sale yet. So I cannot buy any more quiet fans. Plus the quiet fans are too expensive and with the shipping cost then too much for my budget right now.
I will try to rearrange the case a little better. However, how in the heck do you get the wires and cable out of the way? I got thin IDE and floppy cables. The wires and cables just sit right behind my floppy and no where to put them.
I cannot cut any blow hole since I have no tools and too much hassle.
So my case is pretty much nothing else I can do but to run the fans full speed. It does not matter how I rearrange the CPU cooler, I cannot get the idle temp below 44C. I am thinking the Asus board is reporting the Temps a little high. I got that Zalman big gigantic HS/F the 7000CU. I run it at full speed and still no temp drop.
I am thinking of a fan controller but the problem is that with this case, there's a cover in the front which when you close it, the knobs can get in the way. Does anyone knows where I can get a fan controller where I can mount it and it won't get in the way of the cover?

What else can I do guys?
Thanks.
