Case & Cooling Question - Stock Cooling Fine?

Hey all,

Considering building my dream computer in the near future, and I wanted to run down a list of parts and see if you think stock cooling would be fine for this configuration (still a dream at the moment but heavily considering it). I should note that I do *NOT* plan to overclock, at least for the moment (I know I can always add cooling if I decide to). I dunno, but I honestly am thinking stock cooling should be adequate with the case I'm using (and parts may be less powerful than I'm listing here...this is just "ultimate" heat configuration). What do you think?

Parts I'm leaning towards at the moment:
Lian Li PC-V1200Aplus II Aluminum Case (3x 120mm Fans - Front, Rear, & Side)
ASUS Striker Extreme Motherboard (680i; Nice Heatsinks Built In)
Intel QX6700 Quad Core CPU Retail (Stock Cooling)
2X GeForce 8800GTX XXX Edition (Stock Cooling)
4 GB Memory (Still Deciding...May Have Cooling if Crucial Dominator)
High Powered PSU w/ 2 Fans (Still Deciding...Enermax or Antec Probably)
Possibly a Sound Card & Physics Card Eventually
2 WD 500 GB SATA HDD
DVD-RW Drive
DVD/CD Drive
Floppy Drive

At work I built a "basic" computer for running simulations on.

It has a P5B Deluxe-wifi, Qx6700 inside of a V1200B. This only has 2GB ram, but if you get vista, do 4 its worth it.

I have to say it runs a bit hot for my personal taste, although definitely nothing to remotely worry about I would try to get a new HSF for the processor, the 8800's stock cooling rocks.

Also dont get an Antec PS. Go Seasonic, Enermax, Silverstone or PCP&C if your going with such a beastly rig.

Thanks! So you're not impressed with the QX6700 stock cooling then (I'd heard it was pretty good)? And I'll take you're advice - leaning towards the Enermax Galaxy series at the moment for PSU.
