case cooling is it worth it?

I have a 1100 athlon gateway on the processor it came with a taisol heatsink and fan. Would i benefit from adding fans in the front of the tower to blow air in and fans at the back of the tower to suck air out???
it seems like the added air flow would allow cooler air to be in the case and keep the whole pc cooler (hard drive, video card etc...)
I also ther is a fan underneath the 250 watt PS that sucks air from around the CPU and some air from the back of the unit and lows it out the back of the PS

What do yall think?

Adding fans will help cool your components a lot. You can use Panaflo L1A fans so the fans would be quiet. Adding fans will make your compoonents last longer.

My opinion is when you have a fan in the front and one in the back is in most cases sufficient as long as you notice that your ambient temperature is being lowered.
The cooler it is in your computer case the better for your processor when you want to overclock or increase the lifespan of your computer.

I can also advice you to get a PCI VGA fan which you can mount underneath your AGP graphics card, I just installed one today and my temperature of my Geforce 3 dropped by 10 degrees Celsius. i was truly amazed by this and consider it a best buy. It only costs about 10$. (you place it like a PCI card just beneath your AGP slot)

Just make sure the airflow is running correctly. Read this article http://www.heatsink-guide.com/casecool.htm

Hope this helps.
