case cooling fans types ???

looking at the ys tech 120mm 38mm cfm=131.5 or the sunon 120mm 38mm cfm=108 or Panaflo 120mm 38mm cfm=68.9 which one is better? can you turrn a fan around to get it to blow in/out?
 
yes you can turn the fan around and use it for intake or exhaust. is noise an issue with you?? if not go for the highest CFM fan you can find , if it is , the panaflo (L1A , which is the one you have listed) is the quietest ive seen.
