Okay, to put it simply. I´m growing tired of my case.

It´s a decent enough case, I´m just pretty tired of it´s looks. I´ve matured a bit in the time since I bought it and I want something a little less.... tacky...
I have an old (two actually) Pentium 3 sitting in my room, from HP. The case is fairly nice, it´s very conservative and I was thinking about perhaps using some model paint I have and spraying it black.

However, I discovered a problem
http://smoof.madebymonkeys.net/Comp/comp4.jpg
There´s not a whole lot of room inside. There isn´t anywhere to mount a fan, besides inside on the front of the case at the bottom. But the holes there are very small and look to really choke airflow. Other than that, the inside of the case is kind of cramped, but simple, which I like. But it might be hard to cram a CD-RW/DVD-RW/Two HDD´s (eventually) and a floppy.
As compaired with my current PC

The Current PC has threeish fans in it, all which blow pretty well. My main concern with putting my new PC in the other case is the fact that it may not get enough cooling. With a dual core processor and the 6800GS, this seems that it COULD be a problem. People say that the processor I have runs cool, so should I be concerned? I MIGHT down the road overclock either a little bit, in which case, cooling would be a bigger problem.
But really, opinions/advice? I really want to use the P3 case, but I´m just worried I wont be able to cool enough.
