case + cooler question for i9 9900 k

My biggest concern is will that huge cooler, work with the mobo , and fit in case?

I am still not sure if going i9 9900 or i9 9700. I hear the i9 9900 you really need water cooling or will be so hot.

Under the detailed specs of the case http://www.phanteks.com/Enthoo-Pro.html, it lists that it supports coolers up to 193mm. The cooler at its tallest is 165mm.

According to Noctua's support page for that cooler, https://noctua.at/en/nh-d15/comp#socket_3297_manuf_32, that cooler is compatible with the motherboard.

Thank you! Is there any ram you would recommend that works good in clearance wise? I usually go with g.skill in my last build but have not kept up that was 6 years ago
