Okay, usually im a generic PSU users, I dont care dishing out PSU a year.
however, I recieved a Antec PSU and to my surprised still running (8 months) so since im rebuilding everything again, this PSU is going:

now my question is, what are the tops PSU (450+) names and prices?

--------------------

now, im looking for a Case, still unsure I want full tower or mid tower.
however, I want somethign that is COOL efficient.
the one I have currently is a "Super Power" Case with the side panel open.
I clean it every first week of the month. usually I dont have to, I have one of those air purifiers near by and lots of blacklights, so they tend to attract more dusts than my comp.

However, I want a case that stays closed, looks DECENT, but not in fear of added heat, moisture.. etc..

Budget on Case along $75.
but do please post other CASE that is higher than 75 bucks and I will consider it.
im not looking for no alienware OMFG leet designs nor a GLASS cause I dont do the neon stuff on my comp.
Im the only one who gets to see it anyways.

For case alone, the Antec SLK3000B almost fits your description.

It has 1 120x25mm fan fitted as standard at the back with space to fit a 120x25mm in the front via the fan holder. I took out the fan holder and screwed in a 120x38mm fan at the front.

It has a side air duct. For testing purposes, I actually removed the duct and was able to fit an 80mm fan there perfectly although Id need longer screws to fit the fan and duct. I run with the duct on, fitting a fan there would be an option open.

It has 4 x 5.25" bays.

It has 2 x 3.5" bays.

The HDD cage situated at the bottom of the case, behind the front intake fan can take 5 HDD's so suits that criteria.

Front panel only accepts 2 USB ports. No audio.

Antec SLK3000-B - $52.00

ty, but the more I look at the warrior, the more happy im getting.
Also with 3 fans... and air duct side panel (which reading your post, im sure I can add an addtional fan)... it just might be the winner overall.

Granted im only going to have 2HDD but I want room and I dont like to stick them close to each other.
