case and psu for this setup

I am planning to built a new computer.. but i am a noob when it comes to cases and psu.

My setup

athlon 64 3500+ ( maybe 3700+ or 3800+ or 3800+ dual core, but most likely 3500+)
Kingston KVR400X64C3AK2/1G 1GB Kit (2x512MB) PC3200 400Mhz
gonna use my old 80gb hdd
bfg 7800gt oc (already have this)
Asus A8n-e motherboard ( is this a good board for this setup? if not, please post the better one)

I do not plan to overclock the cpu ever, the videocard will come factory oced

Are these cases+ psu good enough for this setup? If so, which one is the better choice?

Antec Sonata II

X-pider w/420watt

I don't really care how good the case look, but i do want a good solid PSU that will work well with my setup. However i am on tight budget, the max i can spent on case + psu is about $150 canadian.

These 3 places are close to where I live, i don't plan to purchase online. If you guys see a good case+psu combo within my price range please post it.

A-Power

ATIC

Anitec

Thanks in advance.

I would also go with the Sonata II. For one it comes with a good psu and loooks nice. But mostly everything Imager said!
