Case and cooling for new rig - Help needed please

I am about to build my first computer in four years:

Epox EP-8RDA+ - $112 (Newegg)
AMD 2100+ -$95 (Newegg)
2 x 256 MB Crucial 27000 DDR -$86
WD 80GB SE - $98 (Newegg)
PNY TI4200 -$80 (BB)
Hercules Gametheater XP - salvaged from prior rig

My biggest questions at this point are about the case, powersupply and whether or not would need extra cooling. I am not looking to overclock right away but may want to in the future. Will the standard heatsink on the CPU be good if I am not OC?ing? And how much power do I really need in a PS? Seems like there is a lot of conflicting info out there and while I know enough to buy a reputable PS, whether I need 300W or 400W (and will the ratings actually tell me what I am getting!) I just can?t quite figure out yet.

As for the case, a mid-tower setup will do just fine and I am looking at the sx635bii w/ 350W PS for $80 (newegg) but I am pretty sure I don?t want a door on my case as they just seem to get in the way. Any thoughts or reccommendations out there?

Looking to order yoday or tomorrow so any help will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Brokejumper

The antec case and PS would work well. 300W would be the minimum reccomended from an Antec or other quality PSU. I would say 350 at least would be good to have for a little extra overhead though.

As for the stock HS, it will work fine, but it is sort of loud. If you want something quieter look into a Thermalright sk-7 or SLK-800 with a Panaflo.

If one were to buy an sk-7, you'd just need to attach an 80 mm fan to it, right? And would that fit in an Epox 8RDA mobo?
