Casbridge2.exe A Trojan downloader?

I used AVG to scan one of my computers and caught casbridge2.exe. This file was ided as a trojan downloader. Is this thing harmful and how would i go about removing it? AVG couldn't heal it. I've also googled casbridge2.exe but not much info on it.
 
Apparently it is, here is a line out of a rantavirus report.


C:\WINDOWS\casbridge2.exe - TrojanDownloader:Win32/Small.DJ -> Infected
