CAS2 PC2700 vs CAS2.5 PC3200

Which might overclock best?
Both are TwinMOS sticks, 512MB. Overall, which might give best performance, or would the get to about the same speeds & timings?

the DDR3200 duh!


Most people are running the 3200 stuff well over 200mhz at tight 2-2-2-5 latencies.

3200 for sure.
with a voltage increase you can make CAS2.5 memory run CAS2 99% of the time. in my findings anyhow.
