CAS2 or normal RAM?

I can't remember whether you need CAS 2 memory for an AMD Duron or can you use ordinary memory. What is the difference anyway?

You don´t need Cas 2.
The difference is that Cas 2 is a little bit faster than Cas 3.

about a 5-10% performance increase at the same FSB... with ram prices as low as they are, buying some CAS 2 is not a bad idea but like Adde said, you don't NEED it
