CAS Question Crucial vs Corsair

I'm trying to compare these two bits of RAM:

Crucial Ballistix (BL6464z402) it says it's rated CAS2

and

Corsair XMS (3200C2PT) which has CAS 2-3-3-6 T1

What's the differance between the CAS timing on these two ? Which is faster ? I'm guessing they are about the same speed.

The crucial ram has much more aggressive timings, defaulting to 2-2-2 timings. It also overclocks better than other ram on athlon 64 systems if that's what you are running or planning to run.
