I have one stick of Crucial 256MB PC2100 CAS 2.5 RAM, I've tried to clock it in at CAS 2 but during my screensaver (the OpenGL Flying Objects one) it would freeze after about 20 minutes. This is really odd because running 3DMark2001 6 consecutive times (my usual test of stability) works fine, as does extended sessions of Counter-Strike, but it only freezes at this screensaver. Has anyone had success stories of "overclocking" their DDR RAM?
 
Your board and ram voltage kinda matters 😉

My crucial ram will ONLY do like 134 stable at cas2 and ONLY if I up the voltage +.4
