CAS 2-5-2-2 slower than CAS 2.5-6-3-3

I am trying to OC a couple of DDR 333 memory modules.
For some reason when I set the CAS to 2-5-2-2 instead of 2.5-6-3-3 I get lower performance in SiSoft Sandra (the memory bandwidth module).
I have no Idea how can it be.

Any of you here have any Idea ?
