Cartoony graphics in MW3 and Homefront?

I just MW3 and for some reason the graphics appear "catoonish" for lack of better word and textures low res. I have all of my settings maxed out and running at 1920x1200 resolution.
I have the same issue playing Homefront.
For some reason, I remember MW2 to be better looking. I wonder if that's a case of me being spoiled by BF3 or is there a way to get higher res textures?

You need to change the graphic option to native.
