I like anime with good stories. Good anime can really grab your emotions and f*** with them. (Trigun, NGE).

I dislike bad anime aimed at selling crap and generally just making an excessive amount of episodes to sell more overpriced DVDs. (Dragonball Z, Inuyasha) They may be fun to watch, but dammit, just end the series before it's too f'ing stale!
