Well, before I start I would like to say that I have looked all over for a good tutorial on how to "cartoonize" a photo but it has been to no avail. It seems like this is just one effect that no one wants to share some knowledge on.
I have Corel Paint Shop Pro X...is it possible to cartoonize a photo with this? If so, how?
If not, can anyone recommend a program (or some programs) that is/are capable of doing this (and possibly a tutorial)?
