2005 KIA Sedona. My wife and I were arguing in the car as we pulled into a parking spot. We were going max 3-5 mph, but I jammed on the breaks just as she was leaning forward and taking off her seat belt. She went head first into the windshield/dash and got a pretty good bump on the top of her head. I didn't mean to do it, but she will never let me live it down.

You are right. The dash was untouched.
