Cars with H-4 (9003) Headlights?

I'm trying to sell this HID kit for H-4 cars (see sig) and the only cars I know of that are H-4 are 2000-2003 Nissan Maximas.

I'd like to find a list of cars with H-4 so I can visit those car forums and advertise my kit (I need $$ for Christmas!) Thanks guys.

Retrofits are illegal. Don't be a jackass with terribly aimed HIDs blinding everyone in your path. If you want HIDs, buy a car with them.

they are not illegal in Canada.. and a low beam HID kit should not blind anyone if aimed properly. I had them in my car for the entire summer, never had any problems with other drivers.

Craig, these are just low beam. And yes, these are D2R bulbs with the metal thingy on top of the bulb so it has a very sharp cutoff. It gets annoying when people thing that all HID kits blind people. Let me know if you're interested in them BTW.

Since when are retrofits illegal? 😕

Thanks for clarifying, I actually told myself I'd never get a lowbeam only kit again (I sold mine) because you just don't have the viewing distance of a high beam (even with stock halogen bulbs)
but that is definitely a good price, someone will buy them for sure. try to sell to Canada, they are not illegal here.

I actually heard they were in the US... but I could be wrong. I know they are not illegal in Canada.

After some Googling, that looks to be the case. As popular as retrofits are, you'd think they wouldn't be.

My VW bus has been upgraded to H4's by me. I've considered converting to HID but it's more expensive than I want.

And no HID retrofit kits have received DOT approval.
