Car's smoking!!

I was at a u-turn and waiting for cars to slow so I could get my huge suv around so I didn't hit the car in the other lane. I went at a space and then a car came into my left lane so I had to speed up so they didn't hit me midterm. I hit the gas hard while turning and immediately my car sounded funky. A minute later I'm in a circle turning onto the highway and turning my wheel had a resistance and then started smoking white. The cars okay while driving straight but making ANY turn is hard on the wheel and smoke comes from my right top wheel and the back of my car as well as smells like burning rubber or just a burnt smell!

Sounds like your tire is hitting something. I wouldn't drive it any more until you have this figured out! Do you have a jack and jackstands? I would pull your right front wheel and look at it - if your tire is hitting something during normal driving, something should be visibly out of place.

Check your power steering fluid level, you might have burst a hose or hard line and now it's spraying on the engine or exhaust (smoking) and losing pressure. Otherwise, we should not need to tell you to examine the vehicle for the source of the smoke, rather you should be telling us what you found when you examined the vehicle.
