cars been sitting for 3-4 years

I have a 2000 Pontiac grand Prix super charger that's been sitting outside for 3-4 years its been started up and moved in the drive way but not actually driven. It needs a rack n pinion, tires, rotors/ brakes, oil change, it also has 250k miles on it. Do I need to flush the other fluids and replace them also?
 
Better safe than sorry.

Coolant flush
Power steering fluid replacement (if power steering)
Transmission fluid replacement (if automatic)

Best to drain brake lines since you are doing the brakes anyhow


and there may also be others
