Carrot Top buffed?!

Yep, he's been getting pretty buffed. He may be on roids though, i think i see some gyno in his nipples... although he could have naturally pointy nipples. He's very low on fat, so i would think it's gyno. If he gained 2-3% bodyfat, it would be much more pronounced.
