Just FYI carparts.com has the worst customer service of all time. I ordered a part from them, and it literally took 8 weeks to get to me. And every week they would send me a 'revised shipping estimate' that said it was shipping the following week... then 2 days after that day would pass, I'd get another "we're sorry, the new estimated ship date is..."

I have yet to hear anyone say anything good about these guys. I'm not saying they're out to steal your money - but I'd be careful dealing with them. I got suckered in with the lure of $100 off my $350 purchase, but shipping was $45 and frankly a trained monkey could have packaged it better and it looked like the "real" shipping cost was probably about $20. Jerks.
 
I guess different people have had different experiences. I have ordered from CarParts.com 5+ times each with great service. I put new rotors/drums and pads/shoes on my wifes 96 Ply Voyager for less than $200 using coupons. The prices with coupons are great.

I would only use with discounts since AutoZ-ne and Adv-nce Auto are similar normal price and same day. If you need a part in the future (meaning not broke currently can wait several wks) Carparts.com is the way to go (stock up on filters etc...)

I agree.
Horrible customer service.

They sent me the wrong parts.
I returned them 1 month ago and they still
have not credited my account. They claim
they have to search their shelves for 2 weeks
to find the returned part. I had to file a dispute with
my credit card, so that could take months to resolve.

Plus, it took them 3 weeks to deliver other parts.

Previous orders also took weeks to deliver.
