Carmax. What do you think of them? Good? Bad?

What is your experience with Carmax?

We've bought two cars from them. Their prices seem to be competitive, and all their cars I've personally looked at have been in very good condition. The sales people are helpful, and their policies are fair. For example, they give you a 30 day period after you buy the car during which any problem that comes up will be repaired free of charge.

Then again, maybe it's just the Carmax near me that has their stuff together.

My dad has bought his last 3 cars from Carmax and each time it has been a great experience.

they have the Infiniti i30 i'm looking at. already test drove it and put it on hold, just looking for opinions before I finalize the deal. After the test drive I asked them to replace the rotors and the motor on the drivers side window both of which they are doing now without me signing anything, so I'm impressed so far.
