he must have nothing to read over at pcgaming.

It is not uncommon for console fanboys to take potshots at PC gaming in the PC related subforums, one can only expect PC fanboys to do the same to consoles in the console subforum from time to time. For better or for worse, it is not against forum policy unless it is blatant trolling.

because when your video game idol has a kid, you want to know about it. just like brangelina...

I don't know how a guy like that gets a girl, he must be incredibly boring and has a twisted mind but with all those millions, a girl can look past it all.

I'm sorry but I'm not interested in the private lives of those that entertain me.

As someone with a background in CS, I love reading about Carmack's technologies. All his stuff is way ahead of its time.

I'll stick with my PC, thanks. 😉

Then why are you here? 😕

Correct. It's a slow period in the PC game area for the time being. I'm a console owner. I play console games AND PC games. 😛

But in regards to RAGE, I'll stick with my PC. Better?

This post has absolutely nothing to do with John Carmack's private life, so take your troll act elsewhere.

Just leave the thread already. If it wasn't for the fact that I could see your name, I'd almost think you were CasioTech, but even he's proven to not be a tool as to why people listen to Carmack.

I also like the part about him being PC developer whining about an unfamiliar platform. Nevermind that the Doom 3 engine was designed with the original Xbox in mind. Carmack developed a game for cell phones, and is talking up the iPhone as a serious gaming platform. I'd rank what he has to say right up there with Epic's bigwigs, and a little ahead of Gabe Newell (the latter criticized the PS3 and even the 360 from the get go, while Carmack waited to see what support they would get from Microsoft and Sony).

Most importantly to me, all his games run on mac, linux, and windows and he single handedly keeps opengl alive for gaming. Anything that reminds devs that opengl still exists is a good thing for mac/linux gaming.

We get it.

So apparently, every site should tailor their content to what you're interested in.
