Carl's Jr Biscuits & Gravy = TEH GOODS

I had a biscuit sandwich sometime after they made the big hoopla about fresh made biscuits. It was good but not super memorable.

Today for $1.50 I got a good sized biscuit with a container of gravy.

Biscuit was pretty good, it was fairly large and cooked almost perfectly.
gravy was pretty decent, nothing wow but it was thick and had flavor. And they put it in a separate container so the biscuit doesn't get soggy if you're not going to eat it right away.

B&G is probably my favorite breakfast, I bought this with low expectations but it turned out to be good. And for a buck-fidy it was a good deal. Home made's a lot of work and it would be uber retarded to go though all that unless you plan to make a big batch. Needed some pepper imho, but aside from that I'd eat them again, probably the rest of the week infact 😀

Good biscuits and gravy is worthy of its own praise.

I also enjoy a bagel and cream cheese. Not really equivalent at all, imho. But there are things more commonly associated with Southern cooking: grits come to mind as well.

Biscuits is what Carl's Jr got when they acquired Hardee's.

Hardee's is the franchise that first introduced real biscuits to the FF industry. (and is sitll the case, for the most part. No--Popeyes sucks at biscuits. likewise KFC and those other pretenders)
