Sometimes he is funny I will admit, but mostly, he is very annoying and sometimes makes me angry. He generalizes so much that it is funny in itself. I'm also tired of the constant Mexican themes that he is pushing.

I think he race baits more than he is funny.
 
I thought he was pretty funny until they gave him a show...he doesn't have the material to fill it as a one-man band.
 
I think he's hilarious. The beautiful ray of sunshine Mountain skit was awesome.

I think he is aweful. I laughed, in total, at maybe 3 of his jokes. Chapelle was the real deal, this guy is just an idiot.
 
Mencia made me laugh stupidly hard.. I like he's 'no nonsense' racial jokes. He doesn't try to sugarcoat things nor does he care if someone takes offense. He means things in jest and doesn't have the patience for any pc sensitive fvcks that get in his way.

"Mexican food.. Who the hell checks mexican food? It's gonna give you diahrrea no matter what. Even good Mexican food gives you diahrrea. Who cares what's in it?"

He's a funny guy.. I'd say he could be as funny as Chapelle.
