Has anybody found a net which will hold items down on the floor of a 2012 Outback? I have one for my 2007 Mazda 3 and havent found one for the Outback that fits.

If there's tie downs in the floor your local auto parts store should have generic "bungee" nets for trucks. Should do the trick.

So you want a net that has all four corners on the floor vs holding items against the rear seat.

Are there tie down hooks/anchor points at all four corners of the Outback?

I don't know about his 2012, but the 2005-2009 models have anchors at the rear (near hatch) left and right points. He might be able to improvise something into the seat brackets if the items he wants to hold are high enough. Otherwise, if he has a rear cargo liner, just anchor two screws to that to prevent drilling into the car and use tiedowns.

The 2012 has 4 anchor points that a net could attach to, I just havent found one that fits yet.

The distance between the attachment points is 34x44 so I guess I will try to find a truck cargo net that is 36x48. Thanks for the idea.
