This is something of an impulse purchase, but the deal seems too good to be true (asking $9000 for a 2007 Chevy Cobalt with 27k miles). It drives perfectly and seems to be in great shape but obviously I can't tell if there has been any serious damage to it in the past. I would like to know for certain that I'm not getting a lemmon.
