A guy on probetalk.com has a carfax account open for a few days and is allowing other to use his email to log in and look up a car's complete history for free.
I don't know if I can post it here but can I PM it to those that want it? If I can post it here I will edit my message. BTW I had his permission to 'spread the word'.

This is fraud plain and simple.

The account is paid for. I have permission to pass on the login. It is unlimited use for a certain number of days. It is not being used for commercial purposes. Please explain where there is any fraudulent activity. If there is a problem I am willing to remove the thread but I certainly don't think you have a viable arguement.
