Basically it says that leadtek sold in retail channel may not be
the same one sent for reviewing. It's ram doesn't match
FX 5600 Spec. It should use at least 3.6ns DDR RAM, actually
on the market in China the author got 4 ns.
I am not sure if this also happys in US.
