Careers in banking industry?

I'm thinking about starting a career in the banking industry. I'm a recent OSU business graduate (BSBA marketing). Does anyone have any experiences that they'd like to share? Thanks.

It's fine, if a bit boring. Just choose your first job wisely, because if you get involved with a company that's perceived as a fuc*up in the industry that will weigh you down tremendously if you apply for another firm.

Make sure to research the department you join, pay wise it sucks but good benefits.
