So I'm a college junior, management major. The economy sucks, I don't have a killer idea for my own business and I just attended my grandfather's funeral. He was 85, a WW2 veteran. Made me think about what the hell I'm going to do when the real world comes knocking on my door. So, inspired by the 21 gun salute at his internment, I looked at the military. Of course, I only like the best of things, so I took a look at the Marines Officer program. Seems they want you to get a BA before joining. Anyway I tried googling for info on pay and what not and failed to find anything you didn't need a translator for.
Whats the average pay for a 2nd Lieutenant Commissioned Marine Officer?
What is the minimum service time for a Commissioned Marine Officer?
What are some helpful sites (besides the gov't page itself) for info?
