do you guys have domain specific expertise or do you have functional skills (I know its hard to seperate both clearly but what is your focus), for example if you write software are you good in writing c/c++ or are you an expert in some CS domain, say algorithms, database, watever (and the language is just a means of implementation)
Also when making a move do you make your decision based on domain (wanting to become expert in one) or trying to acquire expertise in different sorts of things
