Well I start by saying the top picks are pretty darn knowledgeable. Unbiased, sensible, logical, phew, a lot goes into this vote. At least with a politician you know you're liklely not going to get what you paid for anyway..

I think I heard that as well.

I threw oldfart and Pete in there because they are the kind of posters the video forum needs more of. Extremely helpful and cool, the kind of guys that tend to cool down Biased hotheads such as myself, and also lend a HIGH DEGREE of CREDIBILITY to a forum like AT because of the "QUALITY" of their posts.

BFG10K, while not quite of the same cloth diplomatically, is extremely knowlegable and unbiased. He has provided excellent commentary with his postings and also performs some of the most excellent, well thought out benchmarks I've seen from ANY poster in ANY forum. The man simply has balls, and backs up his bravado with excruciating detail and a no back down attitude. BFG10K can also smell a rat and FUD like NO OTHER :thumbsup:

Plus as you said his reviews @ arstechnica rule... Seeing as how many people voted for him its pretty much granted I guess :thumbsup:
