Cards overclocked by default???

The radeon 4890. They have the regular version of 850mhz.. but also the OC version at 900mhz... Is there any difference to these cards than if you OCed the 850mhz card yourself to 900mhz?

No, usually what you are paying for in an overclocked edition is the better cooling solution. At least this was the case the last time I purchased a card.
