cardio recommendation for slight lower back strain?

I strained my lower back doing heavy curls on Sunday :( :( :(, it's better now but I still feel it when I sit or stand. What do you think would be the best low-impact cardio I can do tonight? I haven't missed a workout yet this year, I'm not about to start now!

stairclimber, doubt it
stationary bike, maybe
elliptical machine, maybe
elliptical w/upper body, probably not
seated bike (legs in front one), best?
