Not bad, but you can do much better for the money. The GTS-V is faster and only slightly more expensive, the Radeon LE is similar in price and faster, the Kyro 2 is faster and is priced decently also.

There is no reason to buy a MX 400 these days. As Rand stated, there are much better cards available for basically the same price.
