I invented this card game after a few beers one night a few years back. Its called "The Nut Game". It became pretty popular around here, and even has variations that some of my friends at LSU added.
All you need is two males willing to take some possible pain and a deck of cards:
One person issues a challenge, another person accepts it. The challenged names a card out of a standard deck of cards "ex: Ace of spades, 9 of clubs, etc....", and then the challenger does the same. You then take a deck of cards without the jokers, and the challenged pulls the top card. If that card is the card the challenged called, the challenged gets to kick the challenger in the nuts. The challenger gets to pull the next card (second card) and if that is the card the challenger called then he gets to kick the challenged in the nuts. And thats it, you only pull 2 cards total and if you want to play again you need to reshuffle the deck and start from the first step.
Variations:
"Suicide"
You each take turn pulling cards until somebody gets kicked in the nuts
"Joker"
Someone can call the joker, thus getting a little better odds of of pulling their card. However, if the other person gets their called card the get to kick the person who picked the joker twice in the nuts.
There are other variations that I wont go into right now
