Card for two 20" LCDs?

Thanks to the Hot Deals forum, I got in on the DELL UltraSharp 2000FP 20-inch Flat Panel LCD Monitor Sale last week but now I think I need a video card?!!!

I purchased TWO of these Flat Panels and hooked them up to my PNY Verto GeForce4 Ti 4200 64MB to run them both. The primary is plugged in via the DVI port and the second with the VGA port. The image quality seems equal on both (even though I thought the monitor plugged in via the DVI port would be better?) HOWEVER, the refresh seems a bit slow and the second one has some faint ghosting on it that it seems to be picking up from the primary monitor. I have them both operating at their recommended optimal setting of 1600x1200 with millions of colors.

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions on a video card that can run them both of them at a better performance level?

As far as I can tell there are a few cards that can do dual DVI output (Gainward GeForce4 PowerPack Ultra/750 XP Golden Sample, Matrox Parhelia, the ATI FIRE GL X1 and NEW simFUSION® 6000) but do I really need dual DVI? If I have to I can try to come up with the money for one of these but is there a less expensive card that would work just as well?

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Kindly.

Maybe the matrox card. I say this just becuase i have seen lots of pictures of people playing games on three monitors at once and no one mentioned anything about ghosting while playing.
