Card Cooler XT - any good?

The reviews look pretty good, but I haven't been able to find much user feedback about this cooling product. I have an inwin s500 and dual 366@412. I want to bump it to dual 550 but it isn't 100 percent stable. I'm hoping this card cooler xt will help. This thing looks huge. Any epxeriences would help! Thanks..

If your case temperature is high, one of these could help (especially in cooling a hot video card) but probably not as much as a 'blowhole' fan placed at the top of your case to suck the heat out...

It's kinda overkill for me, but I have one in addition to my 9 case fans. Heh, I even cut up an old 586 heatsink and put it on my SB live chip to see if it would take me nudging the FSB a little better.
