Whelp. March 26th is a long way off when you are running 1920x1080 on an 8800gts with 320 ram. So... you guys think I can get one on march 26th? Cause my gaming is taking a beating right now.
 
if the rest of your system is as old or older than that 8800gts 320mb then I dont see a gtx480 or 470 being a very appropriate card for you anyway.

my system is actually not terrible, but will be updated eventually. Running an e6400 pushed to 3.2 with 6 gigs ddr2 in sync.
 
The chances of getting one within a couple weeks without spamming f5 and paying extra is probably pretty low. I would be surprised if there was more stock than the 5870 launch available
