If you apply the right conditions (i.e. temperature and pressure), you can put it together. Of course, the properties would change as a result of the processing, so what you end up with would be different than what you started with. As always, it can be done, but it depends on what you are really trying to accomplish when deciding if it's a good idea and what the best way to go about it would be.
