Sugar daddy pops and astro pops are also horrendous. While eating an astro pop, the top half broke off between my teeth and melted onto my molars. I had to wait for the thing to dissolve before I could close my jaw =/

Uhh, they're all pretty hard. I have a really hard time just sucking on things... and I know that sounds bad, but it's true.Originally posted by: Chompman

Hey man, don't get mad at me... You're the guy who doesn't know how to use a sucker..
If you want constructive advice:
1) Make appointment with dentist
2) Avoid hard candies in the future

I actually had another one after it happened 😱 I didn't do any biting though.
And would someone like to tell me why I need to see a dentist? What harm could it have done or might it cause?
Sounds good. And I realize pop is synonymous with sucker... just being stupid.Originally posted by: djheater

Pop is an abbreviation of Lolypop, which is synonimous with sucker.
You need to see a dentist because you've chipped through the enamel and exposed the soft tooth underneath.
I did this by biting a chain at 14 and haven't done anything about it in 15 years, so it's probably not dire, unless you have soft teeth...
Prolly just mention it at your next regular visit and you'll be OK 🙂
