Interesting. I've never had to mess with things after putting a battery in a car. I got the windows to work properly again, but apparently, unless you want to do some crazy and potentially dangerous-to-my-vehicle method of resetting my TPM system (involves shoving some wire against a pin and grounding it a few times), I'm stuck having to go to the dealer to have them put it in learning mode. :\
