Car warranty on leftover?

Thinking of purchasing a "leftover" 2013 vehicle NEW (from original dealer, never titled/registered) with 5 miles. Original warranty is 3 years / 36K. Is the car "two years" in to the warranty now (or close to it) or does it begin at the time of sale?

Begins at the time of sale, if it's as you said....new car, new car dealer, never sold before.

The time of sale is the 'in service date,' which is, as stated, when the warranty begins.
