i used to live right by that area. not that changes anything. that reminds me of the time a kid at school hit a stop sign, but instead of knocking it over rode up it and then flipped his new jeep. I had a good laugh bc the guy was a dick.

Those cables are communication cables, not electrical. But they maybe supported by steel guy wires along their length (likely). Pretty impressive.
