I have a 2.8L GMC Jimmy and it has a rod knock, I think. I havent gotten it checked out yet but when I start it it makes a really loud knocking sound. I just want some advice before I get it towed to a shop from what I told you about how much you think it would cost to get fixed? How much do you think it would cost to get my engine rebuilt?
